IMAGEN IN MOVIMIENTO is a foundation directed by Soraya Vargas, dancer and choreographer, and Dixón Quitian, camera and video.

Since 2004 the Foundation runs the project VIDEOMOVIMIENTO. Its mission is to stimulate, to promote and to circulate dance works that examine the dialogue between body, art and technology.

VIDEOMOVIMIENTO is unique in its format in Colombia, proposing and establishing an interaction of the arts in relation to dance and movement, stimulating new forms of formulating a moving image.

IMAGEN IN MOVIMENTO offers a space for research, production, diffusion and presentation of artistic works and programs based on the language of the body, the performing arts and the visual image
